Is one account used for the game and the website?

Yes. Your username and password work in the launcher, the Item Mall, Top-Up and the Battle Pass.

I forgot my password

Open Log in and choose Forgot?. The reset link works for 30 minutes.

Where do Item Mall purchases go?

Items are delivered to the in-game storage of the character you choose. Open the storage keeper in Zakandia to collect them.

When does the server open?

The Grand Opening is on 13 December 2026. Pre-registered accounts get the Angel Bunny pet on day one.

How long does a top-up take?

QRIS and e-wallet payments usually arrive within a minute. Virtual Account transfers can take up to 15 minutes.

My payment went through but CP didn't arrive

Check My account › Purchases. If the order still says Pending after 30 minutes, send the order ID to a GM on Discord.

Refunds

Cash Points and delivered items can't be refunded, except where required by law.

1. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent's permission, to create an account.
2. One person may own several accounts, but selling or sharing accounts is not allowed.
3. Cheating, bots, exploiting bugs and real-money trading of in-game items can lead to a ban.
4. Cash Points have no cash value and can only be used inside Tenkai Luna.
5. We may change these terms. We'll post a notice in News before changes take effect.

• We store your username, email, a hashed password and your security PIN.
• Your email is used for password resets and purchase receipts only.
• Payments are handled by a licensed payment gateway. We never see your card or bank login.
• The Spender Tier ranking shows names and tiers only, never amounts.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time from Discord support.
