Troubleshooting
The launcher is stuck on “Checking files”
Close the launcher, right-click it and choose Run as administrator. If it still hangs, add the game folder to your antivirus exclusions and try again.
My antivirus deleted or blocked a file
Some antivirus tools flag the game's anti-cheat files by mistake.
- Restore the file from quarantine.
- Add the game folder as an exclusion.
- Open the launcher and press Repair.
“MSVCP140.dll is missing” or the game won't start
Install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) and DirectX runtime, then restart your PC. Both are included in the installer's
_redist folder. The download is slow or keeps failing
Try one of the mirror links above. They host the same file. Check the SHA-256 checksum after downloading to make sure the file isn't corrupted.
Can I play on Mac or Linux?
Not officially. Players report it runs through CrossOver, Parallels or Proton, but we can't offer support for it.
How do I check the checksum?
Open PowerShell in the download folder and run
Get-FileHash TenkaiLuna_Setup_1.0.3.exe. The result should match the SHA-256 shown at the top of this page.
